today in a nutshell:
-drank 7 cups of tea and 2 cups of coffee. been peein all day.
-saw/watched/chatted with an ice fisher.
-chanced death and walked on ice that didn’t seem/feel safe to speak with said ice fisher(who was ice fishing in a subdivision pond).
-wrote music with a few musical friends.
-ate falafel with an old friend, jackleen. wonderful.
-heard an AMAZING cover of ‘pieces of what’...
today i won $30 in poker.
i love beating my uncles/male cousins in poker. they are all a lot a bit sexist so it makes it even better when i, the only female at the table, dominates their ‘male intuition’ and ability to ‘read’ any player. i swept them and took all their money. it felt wonderful.

today i fell asleep in a doctor's office
and woke up to the doctor asking me if i was okay. i guess it’s good that she asked. i mean, i was pretty much in the best possible place to suddenly lose consciousness or potentially die. the only better spot would have been on an actual hospital bed.
